Exterior structures

Below is the form for the edge of the access hatches, I made these in 10' length and mitered the corners for the installation and glassed over the corners afterwards. This will keep water away from the inside of the storage compartments. I made several drain lines in the rims of the engine compartment and the forward hatches and these drain out through the bottom of the bridge deck.
This little "table" is the pad for a electric winch, there are six control lines running from the mast, under the bridge deck and back up, to end up at this winch. the lines will come out of the holes in the aft beam and there will be six rope clutches on the raised section. This will allow me to sail the boat shorthanded as I will be able to raise and lower the main as well as reef it without going up to the mast. The picture next to it is one of three custom made organizers that are glassed inside the aft beam and under the mast these make the lines turn the corners between the mast and the winch.
I ended up cutting away the insides of the hull at the transom steps, This will make it easy to get in and out of the dinghy and I like the open look of it.
